Ordering with NEELAVA

These terms apply to orders placed with NEELAVA. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information, review your chosen pack size and quantity, and read the product ingredients and allergen information before ordering. If you have an allergy or a dietary question, contact us before purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after payment is verified; an interrupted or unsuccessful payment is not a confirmed order. Please contact us if money is debited but confirmation has not arrived before making another payment.

Availability and delivery

Our sweets are made in small batches. We will contact you about dispatch. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing an accessible, complete delivery address.

Cancellations and concerns

The Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy apply to your order. Please retain your order number and contact us promptly about any concern. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable Indian consumer law.

Website and enquiries

Product photographs are illustrative; handmade sweets can vary in appearance. Corporate and bulk orders are quoted separately. Website content belongs to NEELAVA and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
