Dispatch

NEELAVA sweets are prepared in small batches. Dispatch timing depends on batch availability and order volume, and will be confirmed directly after your order. Festive and corporate orders may need additional preparation time. If you need an order for a particular occasion, contact us before ordering; do not assume a fixed dispatch deadline.

Delivery charges

Courier delivery costs ₹99 for the 250 g size and is free for the 500 g and 1 kg sizes. The charge depends only on the selected size and is applied once per order, not once per pack. The complete total is shown before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates depend on dispatch and courier transit. We will share the available estimate and dispatch information directly. Delivery dates are not guaranteed: courier delays, weather, public holidays and festive demand may affect arrival. Contact us if your parcel is delayed.

Your delivery address

Provide the correct name, 10-digit mobile number, full address, city, state and six-digit pincode. Contact us immediately if the address needs correcting before dispatch. Any delivery restriction or unexpected courier issue will be discussed with you directly.

Receiving your order

Inspect the parcel on arrival. Report items damaged in transit with photographs within 48 hours of delivery, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Follow the product's storage and shelf-life instructions.
