Information we collect

At checkout we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, chosen size and quantity, optional gift message, policy agreement, payment references and order status. Enquiries include the details you enter, product interest, occasion, quantity and your message. Subscriber signups include your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, signup source and consent. Optional marketing consent on the enquiry form is recorded separately.

How we use information

We use order details to take payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, send confirmations and resolve concerns. Enquiry details help us respond to you. Subscriber details are used for occasional NEELAVA launch and festive pre-order messages only when you choose to join or opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Purchasing does not automatically enrol you for marketing.

Payments and service providers

Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy terms. NEELAVA does not store your full card number, card security code or UPI PIN. We share necessary details with payment, hosting, email and courier providers to operate the website and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Security, cookies and retention

Order information is stored with restricted access. A secure checkout cookie connects your browser to your private order confirmation; it is not a marketing cookie. We retain information as needed for fulfilment, accounting, legal obligations and resolving disputes, and review information no longer needed. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations. Please do not include sensitive information in enquiry or gift-message fields. This website is not intended for children to place orders without a parent or guardian.
